PROCESS SETUP AND FORMING
We work from scratch or with your suggested specs to IPC-7351. Our DFM review ensures alignment with our machine capability. We provide pad layout dims for use in your PCB layout. And this output is available as a quick-turn service to keep your designing on schedule.
We produce a drawing to define the dims and tolerances of the leads, and we submit this to your design team. You approve by signing a forming acceptance document. All outputs are immediately available for your design library.
Production scheduling and tooling changeover occurs. Precision leads are shaped, cut, and tinned (when required). While we can ship parts in specialized packaging, the most common way we return them is on PCB assemblies.
